Terms of Use
Last updated 3 November 2026
These terms apply to your use of this website, run by 10flat Law PLLC (“10flat Law”, “we”). By using the site you agree to them.
Attorney advertising, not legal advice
This website is attorney advertising. It gives general information about our firm and our fee. It is not legal advice about your situation, and you should not act on it without talking to a lawyer.
No attorney-client relationship until you sign
Using this website, sending the case form or messaging us does not make us your lawyers. We represent you only after we accept your case and you sign our fee agreement. Until then we cannot protect your deadlines, so do not wait on us if a deadline may be close.
Our fee
Our fee is 10% of the total amount recovered, at every stage, including trial. Case costs and liens are paid from your share after the fee. If there is no recovery, you owe no fee and no case costs. The signed fee agreement sets out the full terms, and it controls if anything on this website is different.
Calculator and estimates
The fee calculator and any estimate on this website are illustrations. They are not a prediction or a promise of what your case is worth or what you will receive. Every case is different, and past results do not guarantee future results.
Texas
Our attorneys are licensed in Texas, and we take injury cases under Texas law. We do not offer legal services in other states.
Using the site
- Use the site only for lawful purposes, and give accurate information in the case form.

Links to other websites and services, such as WhatsApp, are for your convenience. Their own terms apply, and we are not responsible for their content.
No warranties
We work to keep this website accurate and available, but we provide it “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss caused by using the website or relying on its general information. Nothing in these terms limits our duties to clients under our fee agreement or the rules for Texas lawyers.
